Small Yooperlite (aka Glowalite) Carved Skull on Polished Shungite Disk
What is better than a sodalite skull?
Perhaps one that GLOWS!
This little skull is carved from a piece of stone called yooperlite, aka glowalite.
Yooperlites/glowalites are fluorescent sodalite-bearing syenites that come from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. These fluorescent stones can be found across the shores of the Great Lakes and even inland - and they glow under ultraviolet light.
The round disk it sits upon is genuine black shungite, polished on all edges. Three rubber feet have been added to the underside, to give it alittle lift.
Gifting thislittle gemstone set would rock anyone's world on Halloween - or any other day of the year!
